Some girls knit, some girls bake, and other girls get their kick out of posting a dizzying array of selfies on the Internet each day. I guess we all have our "thing", right? My "thing", apart from eating dark chocolate, is exploring the world on the run. Man, it just excites me to no end. I honestly cannot think of many things more exciting than experiencing a brand new, beautiful place in my running shoes: Just me, the beauty that surrounds me, and the sound of my footfall. Sigh.

I've entered a competition that can help me do more of what I love: Explore a brand new part of the world in my running shoes. The Big Blog Exchange offers 16 bloggers from around the globe the opportunity to swap locations and explore new areas - how amazing is that?! But, wait for it: The best part? Winners' itineraries for the duration of the swap will be based on their own blogging niches, i.e. food bloggers will fill their days with all things food, and running bloggers will fill their days with all things running...! A dream trip if ever there was one.

ReplyDeleteI also have to be VERY careful about keeping track of where I run in foreign places - a sense of direction isn't exactly my strong point, haha!
