I believe that we are all responsible for taking good care of ourselves. We need to get off the couch and get active (with our physicians' approval); educate ourselves regarding healthy eating and lifestyle habits; and make informed decisions about what we put into our bodies and surround ourselves with. For the sake of ourselves and our loved ones.
Unfortunately, in my own quest to live as healthfully as possible, I've found that locating products free from all the nasty stuff in a smallish South African city is (currently still) not as easy as it may sound. There are just not as many well-known options (if any, sometimes) as you may find in the bigger cities. Plus, finding a natural product that you love and that works well sometimes takes quite a bit of trial and error - a process that can both cost you an arm and a leg and cause a huge amount of frustration.
On this page I will from time to time share with you some of the effective, affordable and easily obtainable (more) natural options that I've discovered on my own journey to a healthier life. This page will therefore serve as a master list of sorts of all of the healthy stuff that I use and love. The list will contain a link to the website of the manufacturer (just click on the relevant product logo), as well as a link to reviews and/or giveaways hosted on my main blog page that will contain more detail on my personal experience with and opinion of each product.
